GAMA INTERNATIONAL INC. AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS How The GAMA International Affiliate Program works - (Short Version) In brief, by placing one or more of the provided text or banner links on your web site, you will refer customers to our web site to place orders for Himalayan salt products, including, but not limited to; lamps, candles, consumption salt, and more. All orders are tracked via the code in the links and any sales will result in 5% of the sale price being credited to your affiliate account. Once $25 or more of commssions acrrue, you will be paid - assuming the following affiliate program terms (below) are all met. Complete Affiliate Terms and Conditions By participating in GAMA International's online affiliate program you agree to the following terms: Links on Your Web Site: GAMA International will provide approved text and banner links that you may use to promote our various salt products on your web site and/or email newsletters. In addition to general links, you may also link directly to specific products using the tools provided in our affiliate control panel. New banners and text links will be added from time to time and if you have a specific need, please feel free to contact sales@naturalsaltcrystallamps.com and we will be happy to accomodate if possible. How Commissions are Calculated: You will be paid 5% commission on all qualifiying product sales, less applicable taxes, that are generated via a valid affiliate link. You may log into our affiliate control panel at any time to check your earnings. Commission Payments: To qualify for payments via PayPal, you must earn at least $25. Payments earned but not meeting the $25 minimum will be held and accumulated until such time as $25 is reached. Payment by check is also an option, but requires a minimum payment of $100. You will be paid for all applicable sales approximately 15 days after the close of the month in which the sale took place. For example, if a sale takes place January 1st through 31st, and you qualify for payment, you will receive it by February 15th. Note: If we must refund a customers purchase for which you received a commission for, the commission you earned for that purchase will be subtracted from your next commission payment. Refunds can occur due to reasons such as credit card fraud, bank chargebacks etc. Zero Tolerance Spam Policy: We do not allow you to send spam in conjunction with GAMA International's affiliate Program. Any unsolicited email whether commercial or non-commercial in nature is not allowed. You must adhere to the US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. If you run a newsletter or other kind of bulk email service, you must have evidence that the people on your list actually signed up to receive email from you. Any and all spam complaints will be investigated thoroughly. Any GAMA affiliate that engages in the sending of spam shall have their affiliate account terminated and may lose any or all affiliate commissions otherwise due to them. The site owner also shall be held liable for any and all damages and/or losses that may result as a consequence. Obligation of Your Web Site: You are solely responsible for the content of your web site and we have no liability for the content of your site. You agree that your site does not now, nor will it in the future contain any material or links to material that is in any way defamatory, obsecene, threatening, unlawful or violates intellectual property rights. Your site must not in any way copy or resemble the look and feel of any web site run by GAMA International. You also agree that you will not create the impression that your site is a part of any of our web sites, nor will you frame any page of our web sites. Terms of the Affiliate Agreement: The terms of this agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your program application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or GAMA International may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written or emailed notice of termination. If we determine at any point after acceptance into our affiliate program that your website or the content of the web site is not suitable for the affiliate program, we may terminate the status of your web site as an affiliate without recourse. Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time, by posting a revised agreement on our web site. Modifications may include, for example, changes in referral fees, fee schedules, payment procedures, and program rules. We will provide an email notification to all affiliates at the address on file. Your continued participation after thirty (30) days following the posting notice of any changes in these terms and conditions, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of such rules, changes or modifications.
